According to John Kotter, urgency is the first thing you should address when implementing change. I believe my why statement addresses one of the key points of blended learning. Differentiation is one key factor in blended learning and I address that I am able to do this for every child in my why statement.

I believe the heart and complacency go together when you are discussing teachers.  Most teachers want to better themselves for their students.  Many do not want to become complacent.  When reading my statements, I hope their heart and mind are interested due to the fact that I am proposing an efficient way to differentiate in every classroom.
