Outline of Professional Learning

Having awareness of the benefits of a Blended Learning environment in classrooms has been my number one goal for my innovation plan. I have decided to encourage my fellow teachers to implement technology by helping them to learn how to use student-paced Nearpod, Padlet, and Kahoot activities to help them flip their classroom during station rotation. These apps are terrific way for teachers to manage what every student sees on their screen. To keep lessons engaging educators can include fun activities like creating drawings related to any subject of their choice. It’s easy to use and allows for student to actively participate while learning their content area. Educators can incorporate polls and quizzes for the higher grade levels that records students’ responses, keeping track of students’ data to help guide with small group instruction for re-teaching.  Please click the view more button to view my Professional Learning Outline.
